In the case of Bakke v. Board of regents I was given the Bakke side. I made the argument of religion. Mr. Bakke a 35-year-old African American man was denied the right to attend the school in which he wanted to go to. He followed all the rules and exceeded all the requirements, yet he was still denied. In Psalm 106:3 it is stated “Blessed are they who observe justice, who do righteousness at all times!” Another quote I would use is 1 Peter 3:8, it states; Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind. I believe that if you are a believer of our heavenly Father you shall seek justice for your friends, I also believe that there are laws to prevent this and that it is wrong to deny Mr. Bakke into this school . The lord believes that you should all be justified in the all your choses. So, I leave you with the question, that if God wants us to be justified in our choses, was it justified that Mr. Bakke was denied his rights to attend this school and is denied even after meeting all the requirements time and time again?
